At Eagle Stress & Burnout to Healthy, we believe in the power of pre-meditation and meditation practices. Our approach helps individuals transition from stress and overwhelm to a state of healthy high performance. We use 7 different disciplines to turn your stress, overwhelm or burnout to sustainable health, in live online group classes and workshops.

Without health you can’t succeed and that includes if you are leading an organization or a team. You are hurting yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally by not making your health a priority. Even if you think you have high performance, you can do better by taking care of your health.

In these short live online classes, you will learn pre-meditation practices that will reverse stress, overwhelm and burnout and prepare you for meditation. Techniques are known to promote mental, physical and emotional health and make you resistant to stress.
Diabetes is the search for sweetness in life or inability to handle emotions, so food is used to handle emotions. This 8-week live online program teaches techniques to help generate more positive feelings and let go of past regrets and handle emotions.
There are 2 main reasons why from a life-style perspective and emotional habit perspective that people have or develop diabetes. The first is stress, overwhelm and burnout, which create cravings for foods that your body wouldn’t want otherwise. When stress goes away, cravings are reduced, and this is done through Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal), Pranayama (Lifeforce Control), Emotional Intelligence Meditation and Increasing Mental Abilities for a Faster Pace with for the Time that we are in due to higher use of technology.
Diabetes is the search for sweetness in life, which is the second reason, or the inability to handle emotions. So, food is used to handle emotions. The techniques used to manage this are Compassion & Well-Being Practices (Dharana and Dhyana) that allow you to change your emotional state – improve it, Ho’onoponopono to forgive challenging emotions and Pranayama (Lifeforce Control) to generate positive feelings even when stress is not present, reducing the need for emotional eating.
This program is ideal for anybody that is in the workplace, professional, front-line or higher.
Whether your challenge is food, avoidance of exercise or relationships, this workshop will give you the foundation of Ho'onoponopono to change behavior. Ho'onoponopono is known to change the spiritual causes of behaviors.
This is a 5-hour online live workshop, maximum 10 people per class. You will learn the techniques, you must continue to practice.
